New York-based Jeffery Lorenzo Williams is a man of many talents. As a Real Estate Broker, Creator of the Shoe and Fashion brand JLORENZO, Mentor, Model, Author and Legal Finance Administrator for Colgate-Palmolive, he has made a name for himself in a variety of fields.
But Jeff's journey has been far from easy. At the age of 13 he was

But Jeff's journey has been far from easy. At the age of 13 he was accidentally shot and paralyzed. Despite this set back, he lives a full life. Jeff has refused to let his disability hold him back. If you tell him he can't he will show you he can! He drives, has been jetskiing, flown a plane, been rollerskating and has participated in many other activities. He has become a passionate accessibility advocate for not just in the disabled community but in every community, using his own experiences to inspire and empower others globally.

In addition to his personal achievements, Jeff has started a prison outreach program, created a scholarship for the Helene Flud School of Nursing using the proceeds from the sales of his self-published book, My Feet Are Off The Ground: Turning Tragedy Into Triumph, in which he shares his journey of resilience, determination, and triumph. As a sought after Keynote Speaker, at High Schools, Universities and Corporate Events across the country, Jeff delivers motivational talk that inspire others to overcome adversity and achieve their goals. His message is simple but powerful: no matter what challenges you face, you have the power to overcome them and turn tragedy to triumph!

He works tirelessly to eliminate barriers, challenge stereotypes, and help create a world that values and embraces the unique contribution of every individual.

A Journey From Tragedy To Triumph!
No Boundries No Limits
After his recovery and release from rehab, no longer able to walk, having to get around the streets of NY in a wheelchair, overcoming the personal challenges of his new life as well as the limited accessibility in society for the disabled, Jeff knew things needed to change. He shares this journey in his book My Feet Are Off The Ground: A Journey From Tragedy To Triumph. Jeff is dedicated to bringing messages of accessibility and No Limitations. to everyone globally. Whether as a keynote speaker or a workshop leader, Jeff continues to break through the boundaries and roadblocks society has in place to prevent those in the disabled community from excelling.
JEFF'S Philosophy and...What's next?
My challenges teach me how to solve major problems. We are only limited by the things that we allow to limit us. The keys to success and productivity are already within us and it's part of my purpose to help others tap into it!
